: Req ID [[56489]] [[Hyderabad]], India Role Expectations and Responsibilities Site Security Coordinators (SSCs) facilitate security-relatedprocesses. SSC Ensure that security-related policies and customerrequirements are implemented and maintained SSC Ensurethat security risks are evaluated, security measures areimplemented, and incident management procedures are keptrunning. SSC serves as primary contact for all local security issues and asthe initial interface for security-related requests Cyber and Information Security Serve as the local contact for ZFGroup and customer requests andinquiries, e.g., prepare ISMS orTISAX assessments Facilitate and document theInformation Security ManagementSystem (ISMS) incl. checks of theISMS with internal assessments Initialize local security awarenessmeasures Personal &PhysicalSecurity Develop and maintain a risk basedphysical security concept inform thehead of the business entity aboutthe results Derive Site Security Plans andcoordinate all site security aspectsincl. the implementation of specificphysical security measures Incident& CrisisManagement Facilitate. the incident managementprocess, maintain IncidentReception Points and ensure thatincidents are classified, and ifnecessary reported and escalated Ensure that reasonable processesare established on site to deal withsecurity incidents (incl.investigation, assessment, andresponse) .The SSC acts as a facilitator and coordinator. Taskscan be delegated to other persons, but the SSC remainsresponsible and the primary contact for stakeholders. Strategy, Risk& ControlAssurance Identify and evaluate local risksto all local assets ZF employees,information, tangible assets,property holdings, partner firms andvisitors on site Support in planning, preparing, andcoordinating of external securityaudits.
