Integrated Facilities Management

What this job involves:

Leading on-site operations

Are you a pro at giving on-site support? Working with a team, you\xe2\x80\x99ll oversee the day-to-day client activities for the assigned property or facility. The Site Lead will be SPOC for FM services and leading a team or vendor group to manage the tactical delivery for the assigned property/facility and ensure that they are maintained at all times. Likewise, you\xe2\x80\x99ll boost on-site operations by promoting best practices and creating better processes. This job will also entail the question \xe2\x80\x9cHow do I ensure the safety of my colleagues?\xe2\x80\x9d You will do this by promoting adherence to health and safety standards. team.

As the Site Lead, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be working frequently with clients, so you\xe2\x80\x99ll need to build strong relationships with them. Likewise, you\xe2\x80\x99ll need to be proactive and engaging; and make sure that the clients\xe2\x80\x99 expectations are met each and every time. You will also be the go-to person for any facilities-related concerns.

You are required to build and develop effective relationships with key stakeholders &/or client and be comfortable working across all levels.

Keeping an eye on budget and contracts

Do you have a solid background in finance management? As the person in charge, you will take care of the site\xe2\x80\x99s financial operations. Also part of your job is to coordinate with vendors and suppliers, and make sure that they deliver quality work practices according to the contract and at the right cost.

You need to ensure that the site\xe2\x80\x99s financial operations are meeting targets and control requirements. Ensure that all contracts are professionally delivered at the right cost and in line with the Jones Lang LaSalle Code of Ethics

Competent and goal-driven

Do you have three to five years\xe2\x80\x99 experience of managing a facility / property? If so, you will be a perfect fit for the role. Likewise, an experience in managing commercial contracts and budgets may just help you land this job. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also need to be a goal-oriented individual who\xe2\x80\x99s an ace in health and safety requirements, vendor management and facility technical systems management

An understanding of basic technical aspects of property (Computer Room Air-conditioning, Chiller system, Fire Protection system, Mechanical & Electrical system, BMS system)

Organised and analytical

We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a self-motivated and quick-thinking Site Lead who can solve problems using quantitative methods and holistic approaches. Likewise, we\xe2\x80\x99re on the lookout for well-organised leaders who plan tasks in advance and constantly stay ahead of deadlines.

Strong communicator \xe2\x80\x93 Good presentation skills and possesses strong verbal & written communication skills (English & local language); also an active listener. Flexible \xe2\x80\x93 able to adapt to rapidly changing situations

Engaging and professional
