Site In-Charge - O&M (SECL Kushmunda Project)

Location: SECL Kushmunda Open Cast Mine, Chhattisgarh

Job Type: Full-Time (Project Based)



We are looking for an experienced Site In-Charge for our O&M operations at SECL Kushmunda. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day site operations, manpower handling, safety compliance, and coordination with SECL officials.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily O&M site operations as per contract scope Supervise supervisors, operators, technicians, and helpers Ensure smooth shift deployment and attendance management Coordinate with SECL site officials for daily work activities Ensure DGMS safety norms and statutory compliance Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings Prepare daily / weekly site reports Support measurement, certification, and billing activities
Required Qualification

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Mining ITI candidates with strong mining O&M experience may also apply
Experience Required

5-10 years of experience as incharge in mining/power/heavy industry O&M Open-cast mine experience preferred Experience in SECL / CIL / PSU projects will be an added advantage
Age Limit

28 to 45 years (relaxable for experienced candidates)
Skills Required

Strong site coordination and leadership Knowledge of O&M contract execution Basic understanding of DGMS safety rules Ability to handle manpower and client coordination Basic computer skills (Excel, reporting)
Salary & Benefits

Salary: ?45,000-?75,000 per month (CTC)
