Job Description

This role leads end-to-end site execution of large-scale Water EPC projects, including WTP/STP plants, pumping stations, and pipeline networks. The position requires strong construction leadership, client coordination, commissioning expertise, and strict adherence to quality and safety standards.
Reporting to the AVP - Project Execution, you will:

• Lead end-to-end site execution of civil, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation works.
• Drive detailed planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet project milestones.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, QA/QC, HSE, and subcontractors for seamless execution.
• Act as the primary site representative for client, consultant, and contractual coordination.
• Oversee subcontractor productivity, billing, mobilization, and performance management.
• Lead testing and commissioning of WTP/STP plants, pumping stations, and MEP systems.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, technical specifications, and compliance norms.
• Implement robust HSE practices, promoting a zero-incident safety culture.
• Prepare progress reports, delay analysis, MIS documentation, and commissioning dossiers.

15+ yrs exp. in Water EPC projects incl. WTP/STP & pipelinesProven leader managing site execution, subcontractors & commissioning

• Holds a degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
• Brings strong experience in water EPC projects including WTP/STP, intake wells, pumping stations, and DI/HDPE/MS pipelines.
• Demonstrates expertise in construction management, contract coordination, and commissioning.
• Experienced in managing large on-site teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Strong communicator with the ability to handle client interactions and technical discussions confidently.
