Job Description

Oversee and coordinate post-construction installation works including aluminium windows, MS windows, FRP doors, fire doors, rolling shutters, MS grill works, boundary wall installations, and interior design works. Supervise interior fit-out activities such as false ceilings, partitions, wall paneling, flooring, modular furniture, cabinetry, and finishing works. Ensure all post-construction and interior works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQs, and client requirements. Inspect completed works for quality, alignment, finishing, functionality, and aesthetic standards, and ensure timely rectification of defects. Coordinate with interior designers, contractors, vendors, and installation teams to maintain smooth workflow and project timelines. Verify site measurements and conditions prior to and during installation of interior and exterior elements. Monitor material delivery, handling, storage, and usage to prevent damage, loss, or wastage. Ensure compliance with safety norms, quality standards, and statutory regulations during all post-construction and interior activities. Prepare and maintain daily site progress reports, work schedules, snag lists, and completion records. Coordinate with project managers, architects, interior designers, consultants, and clients for inspections, approvals, and snag clearance. Address client observations and resolve post-construction and interior-related issues promptly. Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure adherence to timelines and quality benchmarks. Check measurements, quantities, and certify contractor bills related to post-construction and interior works. Support final inspections, testing, commissioning, documentation, and smooth handover of completed projects.
