Has in-depth organisational and relevant market knowledge and uses understanding on how relevant areas can be integrated to achieve objectives. Contributes to strategic decisions within professional area. Solves complex problems based on sophisticated analytical thought and complex judgment. Contributes to development of concepts to determine professional direction of own organisational unit. Acts as a professional leader for staff / work team / taskforces, often the most senior specialist in a team, who serves as best practice resource within own organisational unit and / or is recognised as an expert within the same professional area in the business. Often leads functional teams or projects in Market or Market Unit level with moderate resource requirements, risk and complexity, handles day-to-day staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work.Pre-Sales, Project Initiation/Planning phase Technical and site solution content support to Deploy Product Management (Deploy Services Portfolio sales/Global Sale Services) for project tender and preparation. Market/Market Unit level country/project knowledge and Site Engineering expertise. Participation on customer pre-sales workshops as Senior Site Engineering SME. Up-sell opportunity identification and portfolio promotion. Supports Project Delivery Manager in project preparation during project planning phase by providing site workflow process and site engineering expertise. Manages finalization of site solution technical design (Model Sites) for project implementation according to Technical and Services solutions agreed with customer. Collaborate with DeployServices Portfolio sales and if needed co-ordinate NPO, SA and CW input to ensure proper technical site solution. Delivery phase: Manages project ramp-up activities from Deploy Site Engineering side. Ensures creation and updates to site solution technical designs and installation planning guidelines for project implementation during delivery. Co-ordinates Services Portfolio sales, RN PPS, TM, NPO, SA and CW input to ensure proper technical solution Manages Site Material Manager and project logistics in preparing project product and material requirements and demand plans Customer interface to agree site technical solutions and specifications for project works. Technical interface for site engineering issues in project. When needed, escalation interface with customer relating to implementation and site solutions issues. Ensures site survey documentation, site-specific documentation, implementation guidelines, share of responsibilities, site activities and acceptance process are available and complete according to project requirements in collaboration with Project Team. Ensures change notes and technical documents to be applied and shared with project and subcontractors. Acts on changes in project requirements or specifications. Support Service Procurement and Logistics in procurement and delivery of services and installation materials from suppliers. Evaluate technical competence and solution of subcontractors and material suppliers. Knowledge & Experience: Management Experience / Mastery of a specific professional discipline combining deep knowledge of theory and practice within a function. Expert in more than one area, broad perspective. Typically requires 07-10 years extensive relevant experience and/or a graduate / postgraduate equivalent degree.
