Job Description

Supervise day-to-day site operations and civil activities. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project managers to ensure timely project delivery. Monitor construction work to ensure compliance with design, safety, and quality standards. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain project documentation. Assist in planning, scheduling, and budgeting of construction tasks. Ensure proper resource management (manpower, materials, and machinery). Resolve any site issues or technical challenges that may arise. Conduct site inspections and ensure health & safety protocols are followed.
