Key Responsibilities
Execute site activities as per drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
Supervise contractors, labour teams, and ensure timely completion of work.
Monitor quality of materials and workmanship at site.
Coordinate with Architects, Structural, MEP, and Project Managers for smooth execution.
Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
Ensure safety compliance, site housekeeping, and adherence to company standards.
Check measurements, verify bills, and support BOQ / quantity tracking.
Conduct site inspections and resolve execution-related issues.
(Senior Level) Lead junior engineers, manage multiple teams, and handle end-to-end site management.
Skills Required
Strong knowledge of civil execution and construction processes
Ability to read and understand drawings (Architectural/Structural/MEP)
Knowledge of materials, quality standards, and site safety
Good communication and team coordination
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Qualifications
Diploma / BE in Civil Engineering
Junior: 4-6 years experience
Senior: 6-8 years experience
