Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Project Site Engineer with 4-6 years of experience in solar installation for residential and industrial projects. Qualification: BE /Diploma in Electrical Engineering. The role involves site execution, contractor coordination, safety compliance, and system commissioning. Post execution - trouble shooting and providing the service to resolve the site issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Execution: Marking layouts, supervising installation, ensuring quality & safety. Contractor Management: Oversee I&C contractors, ensure timely project completion. Technical Expertise: Cabling (AC/DC), stringing, earthing, net metering, railing & walkway installation. Material Coordination: Follow up on materials, arrange lifting/shifting (cranes, hydra), and fabrication work. Safety & Compliance: Ensure work is performed with high safety standards. System Commissioning: Oversee installation, testing, and grid synchronization (PV-DG sync). Reporting & Monitoring: Track site progress, resolve issues, and provide regular updates. Knowledge of MS Excel / Google sheets
Requirements:

Experience: 4-6 years in solar projects. Skills: Hands-on experience in installation, commissioning, and site management and emphasis on cost minimization. Technical Knowledge: Ability to read engineering SLDs, manage PV-DG sync, and handle on-site challenges. Coordination: Strong liaison with vendors, suppliers, local authorities and customer. Safety Focus: Well-versed in site safety protocols and best practices. Travel: Willingness to travel as per Project requirements and should possess a valid two-wheeler license.
