Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of structures and facilities
- Conduct site inspections and assessments
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on construction projects
- Provide technical advice and resolve engineering issues
- Prepare project reports and documentation
- Minimum Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience of at least 3 years as a Civil Engineer is must
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and standards
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Tinsukia Tea Plant: Tinsukia, Assam
- Remote: Work from Anywhere within Tea Plant
