Don't Want resumes who has built bridges, hostels, colleges, road, tunnel etc.

• Should have experience in high end flats or houses preferably.
• Should have experience city's
• Should have good experience in finishing work like interiors, tiling, flooring, painting & marble works etc.
• Setting out the works in accordance with the drawings and specification
• Managing, supervising and execution of works on site with contractor management
• Observance of safety requirements
• Must have two wheeler
• Supervising and counseling junior or trainee engineers
• Preparing record drawings, technical reports,
• Should have good knowledge in MS Office especially Power point
• Should have experience in labour mobilisation.
• experience and finishing experince in quality companies like vihranthi, chaitanya, ceebros, harinarayanan, gbl, casagrand, Shoba, Prestiage, URC, Ganeshan Builders, Bhagya Constructions etc.
• Person who jumped job too often is not suitable
• Should have good experience in handling handling clients, architects, contractors, vendors
