Site Engineer (civil) Solar
Job Description
Supervise and execute all civil works at solar project sites including foundations, trenches, roads, fencing, and control rooms.
Ensure quality control through inspection of materials, workmanship, and adherence to standards.
Oversee concrete work, steel reinforcement, compaction tests, and foundation alignment.
Ensure work quality, safety, and timely project completion.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Review drawings, BOQs, and ensure site activities align with design specifications.
Maintain daily site reports and handle material management.
Requirements:
Education:
B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.Experience:
2-5 years in civil execution (preferably solar, power, or industrial projects). Understanding of civil drawings, surveying, leveling, and estimation. Familiarity with civil quality standards and testing procedures.Soft Skills:
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.Other:
Willingness to travel and stay at project sites.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
