Year of Exp.

  • 12 -15 years of relevant experience post MBA
Qualification - Required
  • Master\'s degree from a recognised university (ideally with a major in strategy/finance)
Qualification - Preferred
  • Master\'s degree from a recognised university (ideally with a major in strategy/finance) OR Certifications in any key sectors like GPS/ RHC/ O&G
Skills - Required
  • Business analysis skills, Good Communication, Project co-ordination, MS office skills, Financial and transactional skills

  • Analytical skills, Report writing, Proficiency in detailed financial and commercial analysis, communication and usage of analytical tools/ representations
  • Delivery of SaT SIH projects covering engagements, proposals, pursuits and business development initiatives.
  • Provide strategic market and financial assessment, preparation of EY business reports, summaries, and quantitative analyses on various industries / sectors for the SaT services.
  • Should be able to co-ordinate and accomplish multiple projects, including planning, scoping of the requirement, assisting with data collection; co-ordinating between departments in and outside organization, data analysis; and business writing and disseminating research results.
  • Work across the preparation of entire proposal including PoVs and Approach & Methodologies
  • Work on quarterly reports for externally pushing on MENA M&A decks and MENA IPO Eye and coordinate with MENA teams and ensuring timely publishing
  • Work across the entire Pursuits including working on benchmarking - financial and operational, pitch books, industry research, feasibility studies, market research, competitive landscape etc
  • Demonstrating excellent skills in project execution, including project management, problem-solving and facilitation.
  • Manage a team of 4-6 people. Act as a counsellor for team members. Identify L&D requirements of counselees
  • Measure, monitor and improve client service by closely collaborating with the client and guiding team members and driving excellence in service delivery
  • Focus teams on the key priorities while working on and managing several medium-size projects
  • Provide team members with accurate and useful guidance in technical areas of high risk and complexity
  • Participate in goal setting, performance appraisal and management of counselees
  • Ready to travel onshore to deliver the project, by working together with engagement team.
  • Ability to contribute meaningful ideas and work productively with other team members as well as on independent assignments
  • Proactively engage with customer to identify, build and develop new opportunities to propel the team. Adherence of all process compliance as well as timely reporting of facts & figures.
  • Work with other team leaders to generate demand and analyse resource needs and gaps and devise alternative ways forward
  • Assign people to projects based on their skills, career goals and client\'s expectations
Candidate Profile
  • 12-15 years of Business analysis, consulting and client management experience in a consulting environment with exposure to working with senior leadership
  • Strong exposure working in a Transaction Advisory or Corporate Finance environment
  • Strong research experience in Equity research environment
  • Expertise in preparing proposals end to end, pursuits, benchmarking - financial and operational, pitch books, industry research, feasibility studies, market research, competitive landscape
  • Have good knowledge of financial statements analysis
  • Strong financial research and analytical skills
  • Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines; must be able to analyse and prioritize assignments; also, must judge the amount of time to spend for the expected outcome, according to the importance of a project and the type of information needed.
  • Good business sense and logical reasoning and should be to conceptualize research storyboard.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written
  • Experienced in presenting findings clearly in reports and other deliverables to clients
  • Should have presentation & business writing skills as well as good excel knowledge
Other details
  • Knowledge of standard reference/information sources such as Capital IQ, Refinitiv, Merger market, Factiva, GMM, EMIS, Oxford economics, , etc. will be preferred.
  • Able to read, analyse, interpret and present information from financial, valuation reports, market/industry reports, articles, technical and trade documents, and other journals.
  • Exposure to tools like VBA, PowerBI, Thinkcell, etc. will be an added advantage
