Dear All Job Title: Signage Workshop Supervisor Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the signage workshop.
Manage a team of workshop staff, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and conducting performance evaluations.
Develop and implement production schedules to meet project deadlines and customer requirements.
Coordinate with production team to ensure timely completion of projects, while maintaining quality standards.
Supervise fabrication, assembly, and installation of signage according to design specifications.
Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency and increase output.
Manage inventory of materials and supplies needed for production, optimizing stock levels to minimize waste and downtime.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards, conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Train and mentor workshop staff to enhance skills and productivity.
Liaise with clients and project managers to address inquiries, provide progress updates, and resolve issues.
Maintain workshop equipment and facilities in good working condition, coordinating repairs and maintenance as necessary.
Prepare reports on production progress, including key performance indicators and recommendations for process improvement.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in signage fabrication or related field, with proven leadership experience.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to plan and prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to read and interpret design drawings and specifications accurately.
Knowledge of fabrication techniques and materials used in signage production.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in using workshop tools and equipment.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Diploma or degree in engineering, industrial technology, or a related field preferred.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: 56,000.00 - 100,000.00 per month Experience:
