Purpose of the Job

to provide Siddha consultation to the patients - OP & Online

Job Responsibilities

Therapies -
Out patients advice for therapies
Oversee therapy scheduling
Management of therapy appointment by email
Make sure full utilization of therapy room and therapists
In discussion with the other Dr’s for deciding on oils for massage
Program -
Maintenance of records and program of patients (YM)
Presentation at weekly meetings about program patients
Joining with program participants during night games from 7.45pm to 8.15pm
Take complaints from participants
Meet them and assess , address their queries

Maintenance and Management –
Management of male therapist and therapy rooms
Oversee bhutashuddi& mud bath area
Maintenance of performance records of male therapists
To file monthly appraisals forms for male therapists
Training –
In discussion with the other Dr’s for deciding on training for therapist
In discussion with the other Dr’s prepare and maintain the training manual
In charge for conducting training programs
Maintaining training attendance
Understanding the training requirement area of individuals and guiding them
Help make oils for massage
Meeting –
Conducting weekly training meeting with therapist


Code of conduct -
Traditional clothes
No personal contact with participants, only professional contacts
Examining female participants only in the presence of another patients
Punctual and time management
Call and inform if not able to come on time
Inform at earliest, if not able to complete task at hand
Schedule -

Arrive at work, check the therapies for the day and number of therapist and slots availability

Supervision of therapies

To meet and suggest walk ins customer for therapy appointments

Lunch break

Admin supervision

Break

Supervise the therapy schedule for the next day

Walk/game

Night games

Required Competencies

Educational Qualification : Any Skill Competencies : Siddha Doctor degree Experience : 0 ~ 3years Gender : Any
