Job Description

The Showroom Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the lighting showroom, leading the sales team, achieving sales targets, maintaining product displays, and ensuring excellent customer service to enhance the showroom's performance and brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities:



Supervise and guide the showroom sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Handle walk-in customers, understand their lighting needs, and provide suitable product recommendations. Ensure the showroom displays and lighting setups are attractive, updated, and aligned with company standards. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse and purchase teams for timely replenishment. Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and builders to drive B2B sales. Prepare and maintain daily sales reports and share updates with management. Train and motivate staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service. Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfactory resolutions. Plan and execute promotional activities and showroom events to boost footfall and sales.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
