Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Business Development
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as defined by management.
Monitor daily sales performance and develop action plans to improve sales conversion.
Manage showroom promotions, discounts, and campaigns to drive footfall and sales.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, interior designers, and corporate clients.
Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue per customer.
2. Customer Experience & Service Excellence
Ensure all customers receive professional, courteous, and knowledgeable service.
Handle customer complaints, returns, and after-sales issues promptly and effectively.
Conduct periodic customer satisfaction surveys and act on feedback to improve service standards.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge among staff to ensure confident and accurate customer assistance.
3. Team Management & Development
Supervise, train, and motivate showroom sales executives and support staff.
Plan staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage during business hours.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching or corrective feedback.
Encourage team spirit, accountability, and adherence to company policies.
4. Visual Merchandising & Showroom Presentation
Ensure showroom layout, product display, and overall aesthetics align with brand guidelines.
Coordinate with visual merchandising and marketing teams for product launches and display updates.
Maintain hygiene, lighting, and ambience standards in the showroom.
Regularly audit inventory and ensure product availability and correct tagging/pricing.
5. Inventory & Operations Management
Oversee inventory levels, stock movements, and ensure minimal shrinkage or damage.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely product delivery.
Ensure accurate documentation of invoices, billing, and daily sales reports.
Maintain compliance with safety, security, and operational procedures.
6. Reporting & Coordination
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operations reports.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, bestsellers, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams for input on customer preferences and market trends.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
