Job Description
- Lead and manage daily operations of the showroom
- Oversee sales team and set sales targets
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and trends
- Implement effective merchandising and display strategies
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks
- Train and develop showroom staff
- Collaborate with marketing team to drive promotional activities
- Handle customer complaints and resolutions
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Report to upper management on showroom performance and issues.
- Good communication in all 3 languages - English, Hindi & Bengali
