Develop and implement strategies to maximize walk-ins, conversion rates, and average transaction values.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell furniture, home decor, and related products.
Maintain knowledge of market trends, competitor products, and pricing to ensure showroom competitiveness.
2. Customer Relationship Management
Ensure customers receive personalized attention and a premium buying experience.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and escalations promptly and professionally.
Build long-term client relationships with architects, interior designers, and corporate clients.
Oversee after-sales support including delivery, installation, and service coordination.
3. Showroom Operations
Oversee daily operations of the showroom, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to SOPs.
Manage stock levels, product display, and ensure the showroom is visually appealing and aligned with brand standards.
Coordinate with the supply chain and warehouse for timely product availability and replenishment.
Monitor billing, invoicing, and compliance with financial transactions.
4. Team Management
Lead, train, and motivate the sales and support staff.
Allocate sales targets and track individual/team performance.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions on product knowledge and customer service.
Foster a positive and performance-driven work culture.
5. Marketing & Promotions
Coordinate with the marketing team for showroom promotions, festive offers, and campaigns.
Plan and execute in-store events, product launches, and visual merchandising strategies.
Leverage digital platforms and social media to attract potential customers.
6. Reporting & MIS
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, footfall analysis, and competitor activities.
Provide inputs to senior management on pricing, product mix, and market opportunities.
Track KPIs such as sales conversion ratio, customer satisfaction index, and stock turnover.
