Job Responsibilities:
- The candidate should posses 6+ Years of experience in payroll management, compensation and benefits and statutory compliance
- A Deep Understanding of Payroll, TDS, TT, PF, ESIC And Statutory Compliance
- End to end onboarding
- should have handled complete employees life cycle, exit management and FNF Settlements
- Hands on experience on HRIS software.
- should posses excellent communication and skills and hand on experience in advance payroll
- This job will be based out andheri location so the candidates from western Suburbs location should only apply for this profile
Key Requirements:
- preffered a candidate who had done his masters in Human Resource, but graduates with strong experience can also apply for this role
- Should have excellent command over Advanced MS Excel
- Should have experience in transforming the systems from manual to automation
- Should be a resident of Western Suburbs
