Role Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Partnerships Role to drive business growth through collaborations withadvertising agencies. This role will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing partnerships with ad agencies, building a strong pipeline, and unlocking new revenue streams through joint business opportunities.Key Responsibilities:- Agency Identification & Onboarding:- Identify and evaluate potential ad agency partners across geographies and verticals.- Build a strong pipeline of advertising agencies for long-term partnerships.- Business Development & Growth:- Hunt for new business opportunities in collaboration with agency partners.- Work closely with agency teams to craft and close joint business deals.- Drive revenue targets through structured partnership engagements.- Relationship Management:- Act as the primary point of contact for agency partners.- Maintain strong relationships to ensure continued collaboration and performance.- Facilitate regular business reviews and growth plans with key partners.- Strategic Collaboration:- Develop go-to-market strategies with partner agencies for mutual benefit.- Support co-branded campaigns, sales enablement, and training initiatives.Performance Tracking :- Monitor and report on partnership KPIs including leads generated, deals closed, and revenue impact.- Analyse partner performance and recommend growth or optimization strategies.Key Requirements:- 3-6 years of experience in Partnerships / Alliances / Business Development, preferably in advertising, media, or digital platforms.- Strong understanding of the advertising and agency ecosystem.- Proven experience in building and managing B2B partnerships.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.- Ability to work independently, manage multiple stakeholders, and deliver results.
