Role: Clarksons Research is currently offering exciting opportunities for to join its growing shipping and offshore data research team. The position will involve collecting and researching intelligence and data around all ship and associated equipment including engines, propulsors and environmental equipment. There will be a strong focus on alternative fuel and the Energy Saving Technologies (ESTs) that will be crucial for shipping\'s Green Transition . The position will be located in Delhi. The position is built around on-the-job training, good management support and includes involvement in live projects and assignments to improve our comprehensive shipping database. Requirements Ideal candidates will be educated to degree or equivalent level in an Engineering discipline, ideally with a maritime focus (Shipping, Shipbuilding, Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture etc.). Candidates applying for the position preferably need to have a minimum of 2 years previous experience in the shipping industry, either shoreside or at sea. Applicants require attention to detail, numerical skills, and an interest in gathering and validating data. Good database skills are required, as are self-motivation and good organisational and communication skills. Fluency in spoken and written English is essential. Salary 9-10,000 Lakh INR depending on experience.
