Role Overview:

Responsible for leading daily cafe operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth functioning, excellent customer service, and team efficiency. This role is a key link between management and cafe associates, maintaining brand standards while creating a welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead cafe staff during shifts, ensuring smooth operations. Allocate duties, manage break schedules, and monitor team performance. Maintain high standards of customer service, addressing guest queries or complaints effectively. Oversee food & beverage preparation, hygiene, and safety compliance. Handle cash management, billing, and daily sales reconciliation. Ensure stock availability and coordinate with store manager for inventory management. Train, motivate, and support team members to achieve performance targets. Uphold company policies, grooming standards, and SOPs.

Required Skills & Experience:

Graduate/Diploma in Hospitality/Hotel Management preferred. 2-4 years of experience in F&B / QSR / Cafe / Restaurant operations. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and customer service orientation. Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and make quick decisions. Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
