Job Description

Key Responsibilities Team Supervision and Leadership:

• Lead and motivate team members, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, provide feedback, and address any concerns.
• Train new employees and ensure existing team members receive ongoing training for skill enhancement.

Customer Service Excellence

• Set the example for exceptional customer service and uphold a customer-centric approach.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Train team members to deliver excellent service, maintain cleanliness, and provide a welcoming atmosphere.

Operational Efficiency

• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to company standards.
• Monitor food preparation and service, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain appropriate stock levels and product quality.

Quality Control

• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure food presentation, taste, and overall service meet established standards.
• Address any deviations from quality guidelines and take corrective action.

Sales And Revenue Management

• Support the management team in achieving sales targets and revenue goals.
• Implement strategies to maximize sales, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.

Qualifications And Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in hospitality/restaurant management is a plus.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within the QSR or fast-food industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Proficient in basic computer skills and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
