Job Description

• Establish R&D procedures and work processes.

• Development of new and/or improved product formulations to meet pharmacopeial requirements

• Development of a suitable manufacturing process for the product formulation.

• Produces sample batches at lab scale and pilot scale.

• Responsible for effective technology transfer and upscaling to commercial scale batches

• Participates in process validation for the R&D batches.

• Provides training to production personnel on improved formulation and manufacturing processes.

• Ensures suitable test method is developed and validated for the new/improved products. Managing patent search & application for all new developments

• Generating, evaluating, and developing new product ideas

• Designing and developing new components including ring spinning drafting systems

• Evaluating new components including drafting and benchmarking with the competition

• Leading root cause analysis and identification of corrective/preventive actions for field failures

• Process engineering including defining & documenting manufacturing processes including CNC turning, VMC, centerless grinding, hardening, stamping and assembly for precision mechanical components manufactured inhouse

• Root cause analysis and CAPA for product quality and other issues

• Manufacturing process trials for continual process improvements

Job Type: Full-time Salary: 920,000.00 - 925,000.00 per month Benefits:
