Job Description
:
Designation: Shift Manager
Experience: 7 to 10 years in reactive dyes production
Qualification: B.E/ B.Tech (Chemical)
Place: Umraya , Baroda
Key accountability:
-
Independently handling the shift Operation like Manpower Utilization for optimum output, EMO awareness and implementation during shift, Diffused air emission system, House Keeping, R.M. Consumption as per standard, Report writing, Log sheets filling, Liquid RM Stock. -
Ensure Raw Materials for production as per Schedule. -
Responsible for PSA -
Ensure that all Work instructions of Process and procedures made are followed in totality. -
Report for any deviation in Process & Possible Reasons. -
Liaison with Maintenance for un-interrupt operations. -
Ensure all EHS guidelines are followed in the shift and aim for zero harm. -
Coordination with QC for batch results and corrections in process accordingly. -
Act as a Site Controller in the emergency condition/situation as defined in EMO. -
Carry out transactions in SAP as and when required -
Train Shift chemist, Operators & Helpers for EHS & PSM standards and Raw Material Handling. -
Implement all the process & procedures prepared by the Management on floor.
Education/ Experiences: B.E/ B.Tech (Chemical) with 7 to 10 years of experience in reactive dyes production
Know-how/skills:

Languages: Gujarati, Hindi, English -
Knowledge of Reactive Dyes Synthesis -
Computer Knowledge.
