Operations Management
Oversee restaurant operations during the assigned shift
Ensure timely opening and closing of the restaurant
Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards
Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth workflow
Staff Supervision
Allocate duties and manage staff attendance during the shift
Guide, motivate, and supervise waiters, cashiers, and support staff
Ensure staff follow uniform, grooming, and behavior standards
Report staff issues or performance concerns to the manager
Customer Service
Greet guests and ensure a pleasant dining experience
Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues quickly
Ensure high standards of hospitality and customer satisfaction
Cash & Billing Control
Supervise billing, cash handling, and POS operations
Verify daily sales and handover cash to management/accounts
Prevent billing errors and losses
Inventory & Hygiene Control
Monitor stock usage and report shortages
Ensure cleanliness of dining area, kitchen, and washrooms
Enforce food safety, hygiene, and safety guidelines
Reporting
Submit shift reports including sales, issues, and staff attendance
Coordinate handover to the next shift in-charge
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
