1. Operations Management
Manage complete shift operations (opening, mid-shift, and closing).
Ensure SOP compliance for kitchen, counter, service, and hygiene.
Monitor product quality, taste consistency, and presentation.
Ensure availability of all menu items during shift hours.
2. Team Handling
Supervise and guide baristas, kitchen staff, and counter staff.
Allocate duties and ensure staff productivity during shift.
Handle staff discipline, punctuality, and grooming standards.
Train new team members on product knowledge and SOPs.
3. Customer Handling
Ensure excellent customer service and positive guest experience.
Handle customer complaints politely and resolve issues immediately.
Build customer relationships to encourage repeat visits.
4. Sales & Performance
Work towards achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
Promote add-on sales and combo offers to increase billing value.
Maintain upselling practices among the team.
5. Cash & Billing Control
Ensure correct billing and POS operation.
Handle cash during shift and ensure zero cash mismatch.
Prepare end-of-shift sales and cash reports.
6. Stock & Inventory Control
Monitor stock usage during shift.
Avoid wastage and report any pilferage issues.
Coordinate with Cafe Manager for daily indent and stock requirements.
7. Hygiene & Safety
Maintain FSSAI standards and food safety practices.
Ensure cleanliness of cafe, kitchen, equipment, and wash areas.
Ensure staff follows personal hygiene standards.
