Key Responsibilities:
Oversee kitchen operations and online orders
Ensure quality, taste, and portion control
Manage kitchen staff and shift rosters
Maintain hygiene, food safety, and SOPs
Control inventory, wastage, and food cost
Handle customer/order escalations
Requirements:
2-5 years experience in cloud kitchen/QSR
Knowledge of Continental, Indian & Biryani cuisines
Leadership and food safety knowledge
Ability to work shifts
