Key Responsibilities
Production Management:
Oversee and coordinate production activities, ensuring targets are met and quality standards are maintained.

Operational Efficiency:
Monitor and optimize processes to improve productivity and reduce downtime, resolving operational issues promptly.
Safety & Compliance:
Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, company policies, and relevant regulations during the shift.
Equipment Maintenance:
Oversee the proper maintenance of machinery and equipment, coordinating with maintenance teams for timely repairs.
Documentation & Reporting:

Qualifications
