Job Description

:

Qualification: B.Tech. Mechanical/ B.E. Mechanical

:

1. Responsible for all mechanical systems of pellet plant to ensure maximum equipment\xe2\x80\x99s availability for achieving target production including CPT, reciprocating Conveyor, wide belt, Over size Roller and hydraulic power pack.

2. Implement well planned mechanical maintenance system and ensure down time at minimum level.

3. Repair the Damage car and Pellet & Modification of different equipment related to CPT furnace

4. Categorizing the Equipment in respective areas into Critical and Non - Critical. Maintaining of critical spares to avoid Breakdown.

5. Handle independently of Shift breakdown, preventive, predictive, & Regular maintenance activities of Pellet Plant.

6. Maintaining of Observation register and Planning to execute the maintenance activities based on Breakdowns/opportunity/shutdown

7. Root cause analysis of Machine Breakdown / Failure.

8. Responsible to maintain 100% availability, Reduce MTTR & Increase MTBF

9. Responsible for Plant downtime, equipment Health, Maintenance cost, Inventory management & Budget.

10. Responsible for procurement through SAP, PR Creation, inspection of received material and QC.

11. Planning and Executing of the manpower and work schedule

12. Maintaining & managing the spares for All Pneumatic Conveying System, LIW System & other equipment\xe2\x80\x99s whenever required.

13. Prepare department documents & Records upkeep for different external & internal audits like ISO & Environment Safety

14. Responsible for owing the all safety standards to give safe working environment for self and all other Co-Workers
