Your responsibilities
Be available and provide techno-functional support to address all incidents and service requests that may get communicated through a designated tool; or over a phone call in an emergency situation.
Develop Power Apps based on the business requirements
Support business in developing Power Apps
Develop Flows with Power Automate
Good understanding about the default Power Apps connectors (Standard and Premium)
Support existing SharePoint applications (Level 2 Support)
Your profile
About 3 years of relevant work experience.
Experienced in developing Power Apps connected to SharePoint / MS Dataverse / other databases
Experienced in developing Flows with Power Automate
Good skills of understanding business requirements
Good documentation of changes
Azure Active Directory, Graph API, MS Teams, PowerShell, PnP
SharePoint Search, Managed Meta Data
Follow defined best practices of development, administration and Deployment.
Nice to have: PowerBI
Awareness of ITIL (e.g. v4 Foundation)
Awareness of Agile methodologies (i.e. sprints, and scrum, tools, etc.)
The person shall work be able to work independently and be self-organized. Shall have responsible attitude to take up tasks, and keep colleagues informed. (“team behavior”)
Clarity in speech, as a lot of communication is expected on collaboration tools (e.g. MS Teams) with global colleagues.
Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of assigned tasks.
Punctuality in keeping all relevant stakeholders informed on key developments and progress.
Perform eloquent documentation of all work done (in English).
Demonstrate effective initiative, ideation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
