Opportunity Project Coordinator in Maersk service centre would report into leader of Mumbai office in commercial team. The role contributes to help teams to achieve efficiencies & improve current processes. Project coordinator will connect with TCM, SCM, PCM & other commercial teams to discuss problem areas. The Role should have good communication skills & research skills which would be helpful to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Project coordinator will be responsible for on-going maintenance of automation & analytics projects Experience Range - 6 to 10 years Key Responsibilities .Connect with commercial teams to understand the issues. .Should be able to translate VOB (voice of business) to identify correct approach for building solution. .Project coordinator would be responsible for development of user-friendly tools. .Role should maintain & develop BI, Excel, SharePoint & Power-Automate based analytics solutions. .Role should be able to quantify the benefits by collaborating with stakeholders. .Project coordinator must have good communication skills to convey potential idea to stakeholders effectively. Requirements .Expert level knowledge of Advance Excel, VBA, Dashboard designing & Power BI. .Intermediate knowledge of SharePoint, PowerPoint, Power Automate & MS-word. .Must have worked on live efficiency improvement projects. .Good to have knowledge of Lean, Agile & Six-Sigma methodologies. .Bachelor of Science, or equivalent, in Supply Chain Engineering / Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent Knowledge/Experience in Supply Chain and/or Logistics .Skillful at manipulating, analysing and interpreting large to medium datasets. .Persuasive personality and ability to connect with stakeholders .Ability to work independently and as part of a team .Detail-orientated and enjoy being an expert on supply chain sector .Ability to multi-task and be proactive & independent in a fast-paced, dynamic environment .Fluent in English, oral and written
