You will participate in the design, creation, and maintenance of SharePoint sites both internal and potentially external. Responsibilities: Directs the maintenance and use of corporate SharePoint sites and services Architect standard and streamlined look, feel and function of SharePoint sites across the organization Collaborate directly with IT teams for integration with other systems and services across IT and the organization Collaborate with Learning and Development to build education for the use and proliferation of SharePoint across the organization Work directly with users and IT teams for SharePoint support and maintenance Prepare activity and progress reports regarding SharePoint projects and goals Collaborate with internal and external IT areas, such as Architecture, Development, Complex Products Infrastructure and Support Teams to assess and align with strategic technical direction. Help foster a Centre of Excellence community around the organization to empower business users to create their own solutions Assist in communicating new features released to users Responsible for developing Power Apps and Power Automate Utilize problem-solving skills to understand pain points and troubleshoot as challenges arise Provide administration, and functional support to expand capabilities Responsible for estimating work content and achieving planned timelines Strong interpersonal and communication skills
