Position Overview: The Boeing Communications & Collaboration (C&C) Product Family is looking for an Experienced System Administrator- Enterprise Share point with experience to support the Enterprise SharePoint platforms in Bangalore, India . The administrator will support customers (with restricted access) and focus on key objectives and priorities using Agile and SAFe Methodologies. A successful candidate will understand the importance of SharePoint as the position will focus on working directly with the Communication & Collaboration (C&C) Product Family - SharePoint Team to implement Product Delivery efforts to enable C&C to meet their Program Increment (PI) goals. Strong knowledge and understanding in Microsoft Office SharePoint Server, SharePoint, WCMS and KM environments Experience working in an Agile development environment using Scrum, Lean, or Kanban. Lead software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, configuring, programming, and unit testing for SharePoint applications. System Admin, Integration building and migrations of SharePoint environments Apply concepts, develops, tests, maintain and supports high-performance, innovative web-based applications. Provide design documents, participate in code reviews, collaborate with contract and internal development resources. On-Call Support. Position Responsibilities : Customer Engagement/Communication Indirect support - Monitoring/Alerts of non- production environments SharePoint Capability Management and Enhancements Support SharePoint Service Consultation - non-ESS deployments Support SharePoint Software Release Management - SharePoint patch implementation Assist with Tech Debt by reducing on-prem Server level 3 Operational Support (MIM, Escalations, Customers, Suppliers, ISC) Engage with Agile team by vetting end user requirements to test plans for end users and release/deployment plan. GSEP Portal Forms Catalog Request Fulfillment for customer support On-Call Level 3 Operational Duty Rotation Support (Escalations, Customers) Troubleshooting SharePoint issues Assist customers with Web Content Management Sites (WCMS) Assist customers with Knowledge Management (KM) sites Assist with the configuration of Workflows & Workflow Manager Microsoft support engagements Microsoft support problem cases Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status. Basic Qualification (Required Skills / Experience) : Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field. Familiarity with SharePoint features and administration Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. SharePoint 2013, 2016 and SharePoint Online O365 ASP.NET, C# SharePoint Add-in App development React JS , React Redux, , jQuery, JavaScript Rest API, Web Services, JSON, SOAP HTML, CSS, Bootstrap Oracle SQL, SQL Server, PL/SQL Git Strong object-oriented designing and programming skills Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Extensive knowledge of building single page application using React and React Redux. Extensive knowledge of building SharePoint Add in apps. Develop, design and manage content, customizations, forms, Add-in apps and custom workflows. Typical Education & Experience : Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 8 or more years\' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+7 years\' related work experience, 8 years\' related work experience, etc.).
