4) Key Result Areas/Accountabilities: Key Result Areas/Accountabilities Supporting Actions Coordinating in maintenance and enhancement of ERP system Providing functional and technical support to users regarding ERP software. Functional support requires guiding at individual level while technical support requires troubleshooting at user level. Monitoring ERP system performance, disk status and taking necessary actions, when needed Facilitate ERP Awareness program for new employees twice on a year to educate about ERP systems and IT policy Developing and customizing software as per user requirements to enhance functioning of existing ERP and software Developing new software tool to enhance functioning of existing software and ER systems Generating auto mails in the form of alerts as per the system control requirements of production departments RPG and Delphi languages used for software development. Former is number-oriented while latter helps in generating graphic friendly software systems Ensuring timely data back up and information security of ERP systems Delegating data access authority and back-up at user level System generates back up in tapes on a weekly basis. Tape backup restoration is done monthly by taking 2 tapes and restoring the data objects to check if back up is proper User handling on a daily basis through IT ticket review system to develop critical software tools as per user department requirements Discuss with HODs or individual user as per suitability and take necessary required actions Developing new software interfaces or modifying existing ones as per requirements

Qualifications:

BCA,Computer Science Engineering
Minimum Experience Level:
5-10 Years
