Education - B.E/B.Tech Graduate. PDIS/ADIS ia an added advantage
To lead, coordinate, and implement safety initiatives and compliance activities across the site, fostering a culture of safety through proactive risk management, statutory adherence, training, and continuous improvement
Coordination and participation in internal inspection & CFSA and external audits & ensuring 100% compliances of audit findings.
?Organizing different safety promotional activities, organizing safety theme of the month and interact with shop floor employees.
?Develop and implement emergency response plans and conduct drills to ensure preparedness for potential emergencies.
?Mentoring for workmen for implementation of basic safe working culture.
?Developing all Safety Pro's on all Safety Standards
?Ensure 100% compliance of safety related statutory requirement as per state rules and Factory act. Must have through knowledge on SAP for raising PR
?Incident Investigation: Investigate accidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement preventive measures
