Candidate should be full time B.E/B Tech in Mechanical/Metallurgy with 10 plus years of experience in Metal Industry. Candidate should have knowledge and experience in Fundamentals of Aluminum Hot Rolling, Preheating and scalping process. Spares Management, Hydraulics & Pneumatics and able to do Planning & Prioritization, Operational Decision Making, Execution, Team Work, Service Orientation Ability to Scope out plans, set goals, breakdown work into steps and set priorities and time parameters to accomplish tasks and projects and Service the customer in a way that consistently meets or exceeds the standards or expectations
