Professional Experience description: (state key experiences required):

To ensure timely bill passing, payment to vendors, to review Books of accounts and financial reports, to ensure compliance of established system, standards, circulars, guidelines and policies.

To ensure availability of Raw Materials, S&S at optimum cost, to review monthly/ weekly procurement plan to reduce inventory at appropriate level, to assist in negotiation & finalisation; identify & short list vendors, Disposal of surplus & scrap materials.

To review and timely submission of MPR, PMS, Cost Sheet etc., to analyse value drivers, revenue & capital expenditure against budgeted.

Budget Preparation & overall cost monitoring with control.

To ensure timely payment and filing of return for Statutory & Tax Compliance, Liasoning with Govt.

Authorities, tax authorities to get faster disposal of tax issues & cases.

Thorough knowledge of SAP, Fl & MM o Should be able to lead the team

Thorough knowledge of Safety & WCM compliance procedure

JOB PROFILE -

Commercial & financial profile like Bill Passing, Accounts Payable, Vendor payment as per Delegation Manuals, SOP, CFD Circulars etc., Review & closing of books of accounts, Hyperion formats, Material procurement, Vendor negotiation & management, Inventory Management, Stores Accounting, Review & Preparation of MPR, PMS, CMIS, Cost Sheet, Flash, Key value drivers, Revenue & Capital budget preparation, overall cost monitoring with controls, Statutory Tax Compliances, Payments & Return etc.
