Develop and implement a comprehensive CSR strategy aligned with the company's vision, mission, and sustainability goals.
Identify priority focus areas and ensure integration of CSR into the overall business strategy.

Stakeholder Engagement & Partnerships
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including NGOs, government agencies, community groups, and regulatory bodies.
Collaborate to design and execute impactful CSR initiatives.

Program Management & Execution
Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of CSR projects and initiatives.
Ensure timely delivery, budget compliance, and alignment with project goals and KPIs.

Impact Measurement & Reporting
Establish metrics and frameworks to evaluate the impact of CSR initiatives.
Prepare and present regular reports, including sustainability reports and ESG disclosures, to leadership and external stakeholders.

Ensure all CSR activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
