We are currently seeking a SFDC Release Manager to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

• Cutover Planning, Project Mgmt, Release coordination, Facilitate execution, Release comms, Knowledge of Change Mgmt process and systems
• Manage the cut-overs, plan/ orchestrate/ oversee the releases - NO hands down release task to be done, but to manage and coordinate with the operations team
• Assist them with resolution to any technical road-block in executing the releases
• 3-6 years of IT Release Management experience in an enterprise IT application development environment.
• Strong program management skills to drive cutovers.
• Self starter; strong ability to drive to tasks to completion independently.
• Strong organizational skills and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Has hands on experience working on Salesforce.
• Ability to improve and maintain new and existing processes.
• Good communication skill and comfort on collaboration tools like Slack and G-suite
• Familiar with Salesforce core concepts (certified is good to have - not a mandate), understands how to resolve issues with code conflicts, merges and test case failures during deployment
• Familiarity with tools like Git, Jenkins etc is good to have - will not be required to work on Jenkins or even define any release branches or strategies

Preferred Skills:

• Expertise with Slack & Google docs.
• Salesforce Certified (Admin or Developer).

Additional Requirements:

• Work timing - looking for offshore based in Hyderabad/anywhere in India and will work with team in US (CT). Support expected till 12:00/12:30 AM IST.
