Analyze the current business requirement and processes and recommend / develop solutions to meet the client needs
Design, configure and document SAP SuccessFactor s Employee Central ( Core HR ) module based on business requirements
Assisting in testing process (developing and maintaining test scripts and scenarios) to discover errors and issues in business processes, documentation, or user\'s lack of experience
Assisting in application support, system testing and training of end users

Experience with and knowledge of key integration points between SAP SuccessFactors modules

Interpersonal skills and able to work as a team
Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools including Excel and Project
Working with the cloud implementation methodology and project planning (at least 4 full cycle implementations for Employee Central )
Experience leading client teams in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (Core HR) projects
Creation of documentation and training materials
Knowledge transfer to clients and training of super users
Good to have skills Should be good in team handling Knowledge on Extension Center. Exposure to set up standard third par Professional and Educational Background Degree or Postgraduate preferably with HR specialization.
