Guest House
1. Quality of food - Ensuring daily quality and hygiene of food - Support in menu preparation.
2. Feedback report - Sharing the negative comments or feedback with Unit in-charge and act - Sharing monthly feedback report with the manager.
3. Booking - Allotting rooms as per the category and as per communication received through HR/Manager - Housekeeping and cleaning of the room and preparing it with the necessary amenities.
4. Liasoning with Hotels - Coordinating with nearby hotels in Dahej and in Bharuch for booking in case of new joining or guests visiting. Mail to the hotels for confirmation and collecting bills after the check out and signing the bills by making bills advisory and submitting to next level. Also following up with accounts department till bill clearance. Making the document of all the bills for future and audit reference.
5. Inventory - Keeping track of all the utensils, crockeries, cutleries and other Guest House related materials. Updating the inventory list after 3 months and keeping documents for the same.
Young manager's Accommodation management (Hotel Cambay & YMA)
1. Maintenance - Coordinating with civil and electrical department - Coordinating with concerned contractor/Hotel Fortune in case of maintenance work.
2. Ensuring housekeeping and quality of food - Weekly surprise check for housekeeping of the rooms and public area - Weekly food tasting and ensuring the hygiene of the kitchen and the restaurant - Coordinating with the staff for correction and menu - Verbal communication with the manager
3. Ensuring staff attendance - Sharing weekly attendance report of staff attendance with the manager and validating the same
4. Accommodation allotment - Allotting bachelors' accommodation as per the communication received through HR/Manager - Housekeeping and cleaning of the room and preparing it with the necessary amenities - Confirmation mail to HR for HRA deductions and norms - Sharing daily report with the manager regarding occupancy status.
5. Meeting with the occupants and staff- Meeting the staff and occupants regarding feedback, complaints or support required - ensuring the support for the same.
6. Mess Deductions - Supporting the caretaker of Cambay in making the mess deduction list which needs to be shared with accounts department.
Events and festivals

Planning of the event regarding the services and materials required - Contacting the contractor agency for services and materials - Coordination with concerned departments like Civil, Electrical, IT, Horticulture etc. for support - Aligning necessary manpower during the event - Organizing and managing the event - Showing presence and ownership throughout the event - Sharing PPT report of the event with the manager - Submitting the bills to next level and following up with accounts department for bill clearance.
D-mess
1.Making mess deductions by adding all the diets of consumers and taking out the average diet. Submitting the details by showing expenses against earnings to accounts department.
2.Submitting the details of Swipe card POS card transaction details in accounts department.
Capex Budget and Indent
1. Collect and consolidate all budgetary offers and quotations related to materials and services for the township, Guest House, and Young Manager Accommodations.
2. Prepare a comprehensive cost estimate sheet based on the received quotes to ensure accurate budgeting and financial planning and creating CAPEX Note considering everything.
3. Coordinate with the purchase department to follow up on the procurement process by indenting the required items and ensuring timely acquisition.
Statutory Compliance
Compliance Ensuring adherence to systems and processes pertaining to all policies and processes as well as IMS principles Ensuring implementation of health, safety and environment norms Ensuring compliance of statutory and regulatory requirement with focus on statutes pertaining to contract labour deployment
Safety in Administration
1. Work Permit: Issuing and approving safety work permits in the township as Area Owner by ensuring the PPEs of workforce and ensuring the work according to its checklist.
2. BBSO, PI, training & Kaizen completion: Completion of BBSO, PI, safety training and Kaizen on time - Ensuring it doesn't cross the timeline.
