Learn more about Unisys and our key solution offerings: Unisys, Stealth\xe2\x84\xa2, CloudForte\xc2\xae, InteliServe\xe2\x84\xa2 What success looks like in this role: \xe2\x80\xa2 Takes end to end Ownership of End User Issues till resolution and follow up as mandated by the process requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Applies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct common failures. \xe2\x80\xa2 Escalates complex problems to the Remote Support Engineering staff or Field Engineering. \xe2\x80\xa2 Typically provides technical support for Internal and External customers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Escalates complex problems to higher level of expertise within organization. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for providing the first-line of after-sales telephone technical support of hardware, Operating Systems, sub-systems and/or applications for customers and/or employees You will be successful in this role if you have: \xe2\x80\xa2 High School diploma \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent verbal and written communication. \xe2\x80\xa2 Willingness and ability to work in shifts (24 x 7). \xe2\x80\xa2 Good Knowledge on Operating Systems, Hardware, Networking and MS Applications. \xe2\x80\xa2 Multitasking and coordination skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Team Player. \xe2\x80\xa2 Well versed with technology (understanding of networks, monitoring, DBMS, Windows). \xe2\x80\xa2 Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.). \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent judgment skills to be able to properly evaluate situations and immediately provide effective solutions eeo
