What we are looking for Experience Range: 4 -8 years Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata,Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Delhi/NCR Must Have . Should be responsible for building the ServiceNow Service Mappingfor business applications in customer environment . Provide mapping solutions for different types of applications(Cloud based, COTS based, MS Access based, Java and Non-Java) . Strong ability to effectively interact and communicate with alllevels of external MSPs and/or internal business partners within scope ofresponsibility, team and/or matrix environment. . Thorough knowledge of Platform Configuration & Development andimpro vement methodologies, with deep technical skills in ServiceNow as well asthe ability to help architect and design custom workflow based ServiceNowsolutions Good to have . Minimum 2 mandate details are mandate with two or 3 liners. 1. ServiceNow Discovery 2. ServiceNow CMDB 3. ServiceNow CSA certified Minimum Qualification: . 15 years offull-time education . Minimumpercentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
