We provide the expertise to enable organizations to take advantage of the latest in machine learning and data science platforms and services.Required Experience in years: 4.5-12 YearsJob Location : Pune,Hyderabad,Indore, AhmedabadWhat you can expect in the role:Implement Service Mapping, Discovery & Orchestration, Service Portal.Write code that is easy to read, follows standards with extensibility and reuse in mindDevelop the ServiceNow platform and enterprise architectures..Excellent understanding of the ways in which ServiceNow can be configured and customized and scripting within the tool.Assess the performance of a ServiceNow environment, diagnose performance problems, and improve performance.Implement the Service Portal on ServiceNowWhat we expect of you:Strong understanding of the core ITSM / ITOM / HRSD/ Secops/ GRC within ServiceNow along with enough understanding of the range of offered applications to speak intelligently to their use.Experience of implementing Service Mapping, Discovery & Orchestration, Service Portal.Ability to write JavaScript code that is easy to read, follows standards with extensibility and reuse in mindStrong knowledge of developing on the ServiceNow platform and enterprise architectures..Excellent understanding of the ways in which ServiceNow can be configured and customized and scripting within the tool.Knowledge of how to assess the performance of a ServiceNow environment, how to diagnose performance problems, and best practices for improving performance.Knowledge of Inbound/Outbound Email Notifications.Knowledge of Import Sets, Update Sets, REST/SOAP integrations(Added Advantage) Experience of implementing the Service Portal on ServiceNow
