Zoom\xe2\x80\x99s ServiceNow Platform team is looking for a ServiceNow Developer who will support our fast-growing business and platform. This position will be responsible for administration, development, design and support by using good practice web programming techniques to configure robust solutions to the clients utilizing the ServiceNow platform, while adhering to the configure vs customize governance. Zoom is a fast-paced environment and priorities change quickly. There is no shortage of daily requests and projects to be solutioned & developed. This position requires a highly driven self-starter with a \xe2\x80\x98can do\xe2\x80\x99 attitude who will take ownership of projects to deliver measurable value to key business stakeholders. Responsibilities:

  • Successfully plan, execute, monitor, control, and close all technical tasks related to the configuration and implementation of all aspects of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Discuss requirements with our customers and do training as needed.
  • Provide software coding and customization including, but not limited to: screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, scripting, third party software integrations, automation and custom application development
  • Update and maintain a comprehensive testing protocol for ServiceNow instance upgrades with the purpose of certifying all applications for use after the upgrade completes. (Automated Test Framework experience a plus)
  • Obtain and analyze/interpret business requirements to propose sustainable solutions in ServiceNow.
  • Answer \xe2\x80\x9chow to\xe2\x80\x9d technical and application configuration questions.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute reports to ensure system operation meets performance targets.
  • Create and maintain system design and operations documentation.
  • Adaptable to change and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with upgrades, clones, working with ServiceNow support, Testing, using best practices to implement solutions without customization.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Qualifications:
  • BS degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in ServiceNow development, configuration and administration.
  • ServiceNow Administrator Certification
Must have experience/certification with the following ServiceNow Modules/Functions:
  • ITSM (Service Portal, Service Catalog, Incident, Problem, Change) - 3+ years experience
  • Performance Analytics, Reports, Dashboards
