ServiceNow ITSM business analyst / developer

Key responsibilities

• Enable system processes to support business and corporate strategies and objectives
• Meet with stakeholders to review business challenges, and design solutions that continuously deliver incremental business value
• Review out of the box ServiceNow apps and features and ensure fit with business requirements - make educated build vs. buy decisions
• Perform troubleshooting as required. As such, leads problem-solving efforts include involving outside vendors
• Administer ServiceNow platform, including cloning, upgrades, and MID server maintenance
• Learning the application constantly and keep up to date expected abilities
• Be proactive

• Bachelor\'s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Computer Science or other related field\xe2\x80\x8b
• At least 2 years of experience on the ServiceNow platform - as a business developer / admin
• Hands-on experience with all aspects of the platform, include client-side scripts, server-side scripts, security rules, email notifications, etc.
• Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features
• Independent, autodidact and quick learner
• Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently, with proven ability to form strong partnerships with key stakeholders\xe2\x80\x8b
• Ability to multi-task across a range of work streams/projects with constantly shifting priorities\xe2\x80\x8b
• Passion for excellence, highly self-motivated and has the desire to have a significant impact on the business
• Excellent service orientation\xe2\x80\x8b
• Experience in global companies - an advantage
• English- fluent (mandatory)
