Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation and module configuration Customize and maintain ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and other ServiceNow modules Design and execute workflows, business rules, and UI policies using JavaScript and Glide scripting Develop and manage REST/SOAP API integrations across enterprise systems Conduct requirement analysis, solution design, and documentation Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure platform stability Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project outcomes Maintain best practices and compliance with organizational standards

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow Prior experience in a Lead / SME role is highly desirable Strong background in US healthcare projects (preferred)

Skills & Certifications

Deep understanding of ITSM, ITOM, CMDB modules Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow workflows Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party system integrations Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities Excellent verbal/written communication and documentation skills Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) and Implementation Specialist (preferred)
