The opportunity The SharePoint Developer is part of Service Excellence Automation team. The individual will provide development and engineering support for solutions involving SharePoint On-Prem, SharePoint Online, other Microsoft 365 services, and enterprise integrations. Your key responsibilities

• In-depth knowledge of SharePoint, its features, and related M365 services.
• In-depth knowledge of SharePoint development including custom web parts.
• Deep understanding of both Classic and Modern SharePoint functionality including Lists, Document Libraries, Pages, Search, Permissions, and Settings
• Knowledge of SharePoint UI design principles including Fabric UI, Themes, HTML, and CSS
• Experience developing custom solutions for SharePoint leveraging SPFX, SharePoint Rest API, CSOM, Workflows, Power Automate, and related technologies.
• Experience with Power Platform components PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI
• Development skills leveraging JavaScript, ES6, jQuery, TypeScript, common frameworks (Knockout, Handlebars, React, Angular), .NET C#, PnP, PowerShell, HTML5, CSS3, SPFx framework
• Deep knowledge of SharePoint Framework (SPFX), React JS, Node JS, TypeScript & JQuery, Bootstrap, CAML, JSON, REST API, and Microsoft Teams integration
• Comprehensive understanding of SharePoint object-model and service-oriented application development.
• Ability to understand and analyse business requirements by working with various stakeholders and create the appropriate information architecture, taxonomy and solution approach
• Design and deliver technical solutions and documentation in SharePoint using out of the box capabilities and using different SharePoint app models for complex business scenarios in areas such as Search, Workflows, Content Types, and Managed Metadata
• Ability to work within an Agile team, effectively manage individual tasks, communicate progress to leadership team, and effectively contribute to the overall team success.

• History of working credibly with development teams and delivering custom solutions on the SharePoint platform
• Adapts personal communication style to the style of others, develops rapport and stays calm under pressure or escalating issues using advanced oral and written English communication skills.
• Strong verbal and written skills including strong cross-cultural communication and the ability to draft effective communications
• Ability to work with people in a variety of cultures, countries and time zones
• Utilizes all aspects of Emotional Intelligence to navigate the interactions and complexities of the business environment and drive leadership performance in oneself and in others.
• Bachelor or Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other relevant degree

• Brings proven expertise in the portfolio
• Approximately 5 or more years of experience in a comparable role.
